You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before sharing it with students, employees, or other audiences. Educational and professional responsibility remains with you.
6. Uploaded Files
When you upload files or authorize access to Google documents, LearnPilot processes that content solely to generate the output you request.
- Files are not sold or used for unrelated advertising

- Saved quiz history in your account may store derived question data and associated source/prompt text for your review
- AI processing of content you provide is described in the Privacy Policy

LearnPilot integrates with Google Workspace through Google APIs subject to Google's terms and policies. By using Google integrations, you also agree to applicable Google terms.
- Google API access requires your explicit OAuth authorization
- LearnPilot's use of information received from Google Workspace APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements
- Google Workspace content you select may be processed with third-party AI processors as described in the Privacy Policy (currently OpenAI for quiz generation and, where needed, Google Document AI for OCR)
- Google is a separate company and is not responsible for LearnPilot
- Google may revoke or change API access at any time
Your relationship with Google is governed by Google's terms of service and privacy policy, not these Terms. See the Privacy Policy for the full Google Workspace user-data disclosure.

Third-party services are subject to their own terms and privacy practices. LearnPilot is not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control. Details of AI processing, retention, and Limited Use compliance are described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by the LearnPilot Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we handle account data, Google permissions, uploaded files, and AI processing.

14. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
LearnPilot does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.
15. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LEARNPILOT AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

- Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
17. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, abused the Service, failed to pay applicable fees, or if continued access poses security or legal risk.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date and provide notice through the Service, by email, or on our website where appropriate.
Your continued use of LearnPilot after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
